Movement

Regular movement helps keep our bodies and minds healthy. But, just like brushing our teeth, it’s a habit that needs to be learned and fostered.

About BODY SETS

“After a Body Set, I feel ready for school and ready for the day!”
Meadow Springs Primary School
Student
“It’s really helped me get healthier and get more exercise every morning”
St Anne's CPS
Student
“The students are motivated to Body Sets. Their attendance levels have been higher, meaning they are coming back to class on time instead of 5 minutes late. We are finding they are actively involved and are producing better work for us. It is also having a really positive impact on how they see themselves.”
Chris Boulay
Teacher at Marangaroo Primary School
“I like that it gets everyone up and moving. It engages all the kids whether they are the sportiest kid or not sporty at all.”
St. Anne's CPS
Teacher
“I like Champion Life because it is kind of like therapy. If you’re having a bad day you can do a Body Set and feel a lot happier.”
Alkimos Primary School
Student
“When the kids come in after lunch all fired up, a calming Body Set really seems to help to get through the last session of the day. On the flipside, if they seem a little flat and unfocused a quick energising Body Set gets us all ready for the next activity.”
Kylee Martin
Teacher at South Lake Primary School
“I like Champion Life because it helps when you are stressed out at school and you do a deep breathing exercise. It helps relieve all that stress and pain in your head.”
Alkimos Primary School
Student
“Some of the students may find they aren't very good at throwing or catching a ball, but they discover they are really good at a plank, or a squat. So when we do a Body Set, they show some of the other kids in the class how it's done, and this is really growing their confidence.”
Chris Boulay
Teacher at Marangaroo Primary School
“I feel like I have accomplished something when I finish a Body Set. And I feel happy.”

“Body Sets are a good activity to do instead of being stuck behind a desk!”

About CHALLENGES

“We were looking around for a platform that could really deliver student wellbeing outcomes.. Because we are such a small school with only 35 kids through K-6, it was very hard to teach something that went across all grade levels. So when we came across Champion Life and saw that it could be tailored to the kid’s needs, tailored to their age and how it supported the curriculum, it ended up ticking all our boxes.”
Darkinjung Barker
Teacher
“It’s not just one thing for us, it’s the combination delivered through Champion Life that benefits the student’s lives, not just their learning”
Riverside PS
Principal
“The Challenges are really ideal as they have made the activities in a really child-friendly way, nothing intimidating for them and it makes my job a lot easier as we take snapshots of assessment all over, whereas Champion Life brings it all together in one platform”
Mother Teresa Catholic College
Teacher
“We made Champion Life part of our daily routine, once the kids were set up in 10 minutes they were into it, the kids are loving it and it’s that easy to do that it can be part of any day”
Falcon PS
Teacher
“The kids totally enjoy it. The reason they enjoy it so much as there are all different types of activities for Challenges and role models they can relate to.”
Mandurah Catholic College
Teacher
“Challenges are the highlight of our student’s week, it definitely improves their health and fitness and seeing the role models on screen and copying their lead definitely inspires them for the future”
