Movement

Regular movement helps keep our bodies and minds healthy. But, just like brushing our teeth, it’s a habit that needs to be learned and fostered.

About BODY SETS

“The students are motivated to Body Sets. Their attendance levels have been higher, meaning they are coming back to class on time instead of 5 minutes late. We are finding they are actively involved and are producing better work for us. It is also having a really positive impact on how they see themselves.”
Chris Boulay
Teacher at Marangaroo Primary School

“Some of the students may find they aren't very good at throwing or catching a ball, but they discover they are really good at a plank, or a squat. So when we do a Body Set, they show some of the other kids in the class how it's done, and this is really growing their confidence.”
Chris Boulay
Teacher at Marangaroo Primary School
“I like Champion Life because it helps when you are stressed out at school and you do a deep breathing exercise. It helps relieve all that stress and pain in your head.”

“When the kids come in after lunch all fired up, a calming Body Set really seems to help to get through the last session of the day. On the flipside, if they seem a little flat and unfocused a quick energising Body Set gets us all ready for the next activity.”
Kylee Martin
Teacher at South Lake Primary School

“We were looking around for a platform that could really deliver student wellbeing outcomes.. Because we are such a small school with only 35 kids through K-6, it was very hard to teach something that went across all grade levels. So when we came across Champion Life and saw that it could be tailored to the kid’s needs, tailored to their age and how it supported the curriculum, it ended up ticking all our boxes.”
Darkinjung Barker
Teacher
“The Challenges are really ideal as they have made the activities in a really child-friendly way, nothing intimidating for them and it makes my job a lot easier as we take snapshots of assessment all over, whereas Champion Life brings it all together in one platform”
