Regular movement helps keep our bodies and minds healthy. But, just like brushing our teeth, it’s a habit that needs to be learned and fostered.
Physical activity improves brain function, focus and blood circulation, leading to more engaged learners.
Champion Life includes an extensive library of mini-activities designed for fun and wellbeing. Each activity is based on expertise from specialists in sports science, health and physical education curriculum and creative movement.
Start with our BODY SET videos.
Later, you might like to explore our interactive CHALLENGES.
Body Sets deliver an active movement break for K–8 students. Each follow-along video is 3–5 minutes long and concludes with a wellbeing tip from one of our community role models.
The Body Set ‘video of the day’ is delivered by email every morning. Teachers can also log in and access our full Body Set library anytime.
Use Body Sets when your students need a brain break or active break. Energise and reset between subjects or calm students after lunch in preparation for learning.
Students tell us that after a Body Set they feel ready to learn. And teachers notice a marked improvement in the class mood and behaviour.

Challenges are a fun way for students to build confidence and practice presentation skills. They also encourage effort and persistence.
Because having a go is what makes every child a champion!
